INVITATIONS
With Bespoke Design we work together, from Save the Dates and Invitations to your On-the-Day Stationery, to create wedding stationery that tells your love story to your guests.
Your investment consists of the bespoke design fee plus print and production costs. For invitation design the bespoke fee includes the design of your day/evening invite, info card and RSVP for £275. You can upgrade to include extra inserts and illustrations, and On-the-Day Stationery too.
By paying the bespoke fee you are commissioning me as a trained designer to use my experience and expertise, wedding and printing knowledge, to create your stationery. I will guide you through the process, you will receive two design concepts to complement your wedding style and three rounds of digital proofs to make amendments.
Hot foil is my forté. I have a large traditional hot foil press from which I will be creating your modern designs. The design and
hot foil process, from concept to product, is created completely
in-house so that I can ensure my luxurious high standards are met.
I work with carefully selected print and paper suppliers who create beautiful items to a beautiful standard, and have the same values as Calendar Paper Co.

THE BESPOKE PROCESS
The design process typically takes two weeks and the production process can take up to six weeks, depending on the techniques and finishes you choose.
The first step is to complete in the Bespoke Questionnaire. This helps me get a feel for the look you would like to achieve for your wedding. It doesn’t matter if your ideas are fully formed or a work in progress - tell me all your thoughts.
I will review your answers and send you some ideas and an estimate quote with the most suitable printing options. Once you’re happy with the details I'll book you in to my calendar. The design fee will be due upfront as a retainer to reserve your booking.
The process consists of three digital proofs, sent to you via your personal client portal:

PROOF TWO
Development of the chosen concept
FINAL PROOF
Your last check over all of the details
Once everything is perfect, we'll send to print.
At this point you can sit back, relax and get excited for your beautiful invitations to arrive. Your parcel will be safely delivered by tracked and insured post or courier.
