Throughout this privacy policy ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Calendar Paper Co.
1. HOW DO WE COLLECT DATA?
We collect your data via www.calendarpaperco.com and information given via email hello@calendarpaperco.combefore, during or after making an order. This includes any information given when signing up to our newsletter, in phone conversations, and through contact forms on www.calendarpaperco.com.
2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We only ever ask you for the information we need to complete your request.
We collect Identity Data (names, wedding/event details), Contact Data (billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number), Financial Transaction Data (details about payments and purchases made by you) and Usage Data (how you use the site via Google Analytics).
3. HOW DO WE/OUR PARTNERS USE THE DATA?
The sole use of collecting your data is to create your stationery order.
We share necessary data with our print partners to create your stationery. We ensure that our print partners have up to date privacy policies that adhere with the GDPR. This will be constantly reviewed as and when we employ new technology and new print partners.
We may use your finished stationery online on our website, social media or at events as part of promotion. In all instances when stationery is shown online, we will cover any identifiable details and you may request for any images to be removed at any time. Extras of your stationery may be used in sample packs. We will remove any identifiable data such as addresses, email addresses, gift list numbers and wedding websites. If you do not wish for samples of your stationery to be used please let us know via email hello@calendarpaperco.com.
4. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN THE DATA FOR?
In accordance with the GDPR we will not keep your data longer than necessary. All emails and personal data on digital files will be deleted within 12 months of the final job completing. Tax regulations require Calendar Paper Co. to keep basic information about our customers and invoices for 6 years after any orders are complete.
5. HOW DO WE PROTECT IT?
We protect your data by passwords on our systems that are only accessible by Calendar Paper Co. staff required to use it. We require our print partners to respect the security of your personal data.
6. HOW CAN YOU CHANGE OR DELETE THE DATA WE HOLD?
You can request to see the data we have and for us to delete any data at any time via email. Requests will be completed within the required one-month timeframe. Calendar Paper Co. can refuse or charge for requests that are “manifestly unfounded or excessive”. Please see www.ico.org.uk for more information.

Our website uses social media buttons that enable you to connect with your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts.
